Due to increasing traffic and housing in many cities, some governments advice establishing companies in rural areas. In my opinion, this problem has more benefits than drawbacks.
This advise brings many benefits to organizations and society. Firstly, production costs are minimized due to reduced prices for resources like electricity, water. This also provides employment opportunities for local people, which will discourage workers from migrating to cities in search of work. Additionally, rural areas will be developed and people living there will be stable. Besides, urban cities will also be positive impact like problems such as traffic congestion, housing shortage and pollution. Therefore, the government should promote business to move to villages or remote areas for the benefit of both society and organizations.
However, this also has some disadvantages. It will be extra burden for the companies to train employees with limited knowledge. Besides, transporting manufactured will be experience. Furthermore, corporation challenges establish infrastructure due to lack of facilities and service.
In conclusion, although there are some disadvantages, the government should try to encouraging business to move to rural areas as this will be more beneficial for the business.
