What problems does this cause, and what solutions could minimise the problems ?
In many countries today, there is a noticeable gap between the younger generation and individuals over the age of fifty. From my perspective, this matter is the consequence of various factors. Fortunately, there are practical solutions to face with the issues.
Firstly, there will be a misunderstanding in the family conversation. For instance, young people will have different ways of thinking and social trends that old people will not be able to keep up with. Secondly, technology is increasingly developing, so older people will have fewer job opportunities because their technological level will not be as good as young people's. Additionally, It's harder for older people to access online platforms as well as update new information and use online paperwork. As a result, the older generation will be left out and can not catch up with the society.
To minimize these problems, several solutions can be considered. Organize groups of older people so they can develop technology skills together and help them not feel lonely. Young people should take the time to give instructions to their parents on how to use technology and social networks, and they also need to use easy-to-understand words to help older people understand and remember better. Furthermore, should open technology classes and programs to help all ages to teach them social and technological skills as well as help them access social networks more easily.
In conclusion, this social problem is the outcome of several factors. Nevertheless, there are loads of effective solutions to deal with it.
