Travelling and experiencing new cultures is luxury . There is an ongoing debate on whether visitors should follow and respect the local customs and behavior or whether the host of country should the otherness of the other cultures . From my perspective , I will discuss both views and opinion as to why I agree with both statements .
To begin with , individuals would get cultural loss in the globalized world . Many human beings tend to imitate other customs . This will cause a situation of forgetting their lifestyle in where they were born . Thus , the impact of multicultural easily spread over the youngsters or even the local people . For instance , Mid year festival , Vietnam , faces into oblivion due to the fact that the “unstoppable” popularity of Western culture . Considering the fact that the young generation keeps some foreign festival in their mind such as : Halloween , Christmas , etc . Conversely, they do not know or need not know about the local traditions . As a result, the maintenance of cultural uniqueness is absolutely significant .
On the other hand , embracing the multiculturalism should be crucial for almost states . It takes a large of advantages to economic aspects. The host region should welcome the otherness of other ways of life since attracting many holiday makers from numerous parts of the world , the so called “cultural hotpot” . For example , considering as a place which has various visitors and foreign travel and live , Korea was extremely mono cultural land , it led to a huge charge in Korea that brings a great benefits for financial growth . Therefore , globalization helps to promote countries social science with a high qualities and wealth.
In conclusion , I would argue that artistic diversity is important for every region with making a profit for business. Thus , protecting local developmental should be cared more by education and tourism .
