The line graph given displays the differences in waste that produced by three companies from the year 2000 to 2015.
It can be clearly seen from the data that the waste disposal from two corporations A and B declined dramatically during the time period, although there was a significant growth in the production of waste by company C at the same time.
The proportion of waste discharged into the environment by company A fell steadily between 2000 and 2015. It started with 12 tonnes in 2000, but fell 1 ton in 2005, then dropped at 9 and 8 tonnes in 2010 and 2015 respectively. The company B has a huge variation through the 15-year period. While the amount of trash produced only 8 tonnes in 2000, it reached a peak of 10 tonnes in the year 2005, then approximately halved from 2010 to 2015.
In contrast, the company C suffered an increase in the waste production over the years. The waste started with 4 tonnes, rose by 2 tonnes, climbed to 7 tonnes in 2010 and then skyrocketed in 2015.
