Some people are of the opinion that the workers should have a shorter period and have a longer weekend off from their work. I totally agree with this suggestion based on reasons that are explained further in this essay.
On the one hand, there are some reasons that explain why should be shorter and get more time to off in the weekend on worker. With the development of the industry, the peace of living is improving. So, the human demand consistently tend to upgrade. They consistently hard working for a long period even working overtime for the weekend to get more income, and get wealthy. Then, the workers seek to unwind after a hectic week. Moreover, our bodies require time to recharge the battery after working hard for a long time. That makes the workers have effective work and career success.
On the other hand, there are some negative reasons why the workers should be shorter and get more time to off in the weekend. Some individuals feel the period of day off in the weekend is insufficient for them and continue to day off. That the reasons lead to the workers becoming complacent and losing motivation. Even, they will be sluggish in work and have negative effects on yourself’s achievement and company’s performance.
In conclusion, in my opinion, the worker need get more time to relax in the weekend. Due to ensuring their process in work and have the greatest effect.
