These two tables provide information on what people in the UK think about the areas that need increased
government investment.
Looking on the first table, there’re two main groups: men and women. At first glance, men mainly wanted the
government to pay more attention to education with a share of over a half of all UK males. Whereas, around one-third thought that health should be cared more. While other areas seemed to be unnocticed with only 13% males thinking about it. At the same time, nearly 50% of females’s thoughts are that health must be increased spending on. Besides, 40% want education to be increased funding and only 12% being interested in growth of spending on other areas.
In term of ages, around 50% UK adults aged 35-64 wish that health should be increased sinking money to.Whereas, over 70% of the elderly aged more than 65% bieleved that health must be mostly cared by the government. On the contrary, younger groups aged 18-34’s thought that it is necessary to increase providing capital for education, with a share of 40% for 18-24 years old group and over one-third belong to 25-34 groups.
Overall, it can be seen that men mainly think that education should receive more investment from the government, while women’s want is to plow more money into health, Regarding ages, 35-65+ aged groups assumed that health must witnessed a growth of government’s invesment. During the time, younger people in 18-34 years old think that it is needful to be more focused on improving education.
