Another compelling reason is the advancement of technology which enhances the quality and safety of commuters, requiring colossal investment. The expenditure spent for adopting high technology like digital payment systems or real-time tracking apps, can do a wonder for customer’ experiences. Hence, transport agencies have to raise the fires in order to cover the expenses.
There is no denying that the intervention of the government can handle this issue. Firstly, the state officials have to distribute finance evenly for subsidizing the public transports. As a result, transport agencies can have the funds they have at their disposal to maintain and upgrade the public transports.
