In my opinion, an ideal workplace is where employees like to work, colleagues are friendly, and can help each other when you need it. You can share with them the problems in your life. They will give advice and solutions when you encounter difficulties. In addition, a fair boss is also a factor in creating a good workplace. That will help the workplace have no conflicts or favoritism towards anyone, and everyone will be fair to each other. A funny, approachable boss helps employees feel more comfortable at work. However, some people rely on their easy-going bosses and are lazy at work. Therefore, we should keep a certain distance from our boss, work comfortably but also not forget the workplace regulations.
A good place to work cannot lack good facilities. Laptops and printers will support us at work. Modern machines lead to better work progress. But if the computer or printer is faulty or slow, it will slow down work progress.
