In general, there are two main transformations. There are the elimination and addition of parking lot and the vanishing of entrance and reception creates space for new housing area. All of them are aimed to accommodate housing for residential

As it is now, the entrance and reception are located on the north side of the map which is accessible with Chimney Road and the yard lies on the center of this site. Nevertheless, we will longer see the yard, entrance and reception. Instead of that, a building has been set up, it consists of three 2-bedroom houses including communal gardens.

As proposed, the current park will be demolished to create space for the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom houses. However, two new parking contain: the first one is situate above Swallow Lane and is surrounded by houses while the second one is joining the apart with Pie Walk road which is on the east side. These building are conterminous with central building by the private road.
